摘    要:本文介绍了应用电感耦合等离子体光量计同时测定人发中13种微量元素的方法。几种主要元素变异系数<5%,回收率90.5~100%。对人发微量元素的比对测定获得满意结果。本方法用样量少(0.1g),操作快速、简便。

Abstract:Determination of A1, Ca, Cd, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, Pb and Zn in hu- man hair by ICP-AES is studied. The recoveries are in the range of 90.5~ 100%, and the coefficents of variation less than 5% except Ni, K and Na. The results of comparison studies are satisfactory. The recommended method is simple, rapid. Only small sample (0.1g) is enough.
