摘    要:本高效载体催化剂用于合成超高分子量聚乙烯具有催化剂活性高,粒度细、匀,所得树脂堆密度较高等特点。本文研究了各种聚合因素对催化剂效率、树脂性能的影响;以及聚合反应动力学行为和聚合物分子量随聚合时间而增大的变化。

Abstract:The high efficiency catalyst used for synthesizing UHMWPE was of high activity anduniform fine particle size. The resins obtained were also of fine and uniform particle size, andhad a good bulk density of 0.40g/cm~3.The catalyst activity, the influences of various polymerization parameters thereon, andcharacteristics of the polymers were discussed. Kinetic behavior of the catalyst duringpolymerization, and the change of mol. wt. of PE with the duration of polymerizationwere investigated.
