广告牌强风卸载自动控制系统研究

摘    要:针对广告牌突遇强风意外损坏的问题,从动态减小广告牌受风面积的角度,设计了一种强风卸载广告牌及其自动控制系统.该系统能够在外部风力超出广告牌设计强度时发出预警,并快速启动卸载装置以减小广告牌的受风面积,风速减小到安全范围后,广告牌自动恢复原状.重点介绍了这种广告牌的组成、工作原理,并详细介绍了系统的硬件和软件设计,给出了系统硬件框图和软件流程图.系统以风速传感器为现场风速测量元件,以AT89S52微控制器为控制核心,采用128*32屏幕点阵液晶作为显示元件,薄膜按键作为输入装置,完成实时风速检测和显示、预警风速和安全风速设定、危险风速报警、系统强风卸载和安全恢复等控制功能.

Abstract:For billboard' accidentaldamage in strong wind, this paper, from the perspective of dynamically reducing billboard' windward, gives a new wind-load unloading billboard design and its auto control system. To the security of billboards, this system would send out alarm signals, and startup the unloading device quickly, when exterior wind power go beyond the design strength of billboards. When the wind speed was reduced to safe range, the billboard would re- turn to the original state. This paper introduces the composing, working principle, working flow and control logic of this design, and shows the system principle frame charts and software flow charts. To achieve the functions such as real-time wind speed testing and displaying, pre-alarm and safe wind speed setting, dangerous wind speed alarm, wind-load un- loading and safety resume, this system is composed of wind speed sensor, AT89S52 SCM, 128 * 32 lattice LCD and pellicle keys, which work as living wind speed test component, control core, display component and input component.
