| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业是适应新经济时代消费市场需求变化而产生的一种动态组织形式，但单靠一个企业的力量已不能在未来的竞争焦点(即时间、质量、成本、服务和环境)上取胜。探讨了如何将虚拟企业与价值系统结合起来，从而获得虚拟企业价值系统整体上的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | The virtual enterprise is a form of dynamic organization initiated for fitting in with the variation of the demands of consumption market in the times of new economy, however only depending on the power of one enterprise can't win victory on the future competitive focal points (such as the time, quality, cost, service and environment). This paper probes into the problem of how to combine the virtual enterprise and the value system for the purpose of obtaining the integral competitive superiorities of the value system of the virtual enterprise. |
