塔里木油田超深超高压气藏的成功改造

摘    要:塔里木油田克深区块超深井温度高、压力高、射孔段长,利用常规压裂手段很难达到储层改造目的。通过对目标井的地质分析和储层评价,针对该井压裂改造的难点,提出了针对性的改造思路并进行现场施工。研究提出以冻胶压裂为主,滑溜水体积压裂为辅的混合压裂方式,采用分簇射孔和纤维暂堵转向工艺进行分级施工,并根据监测裂缝发育情况实时调整压裂施工方案。最终通过纤维转向压裂技术为主的现场压裂施工,成功实现了超深高温高压井的分层压裂改造,将目标井产量从1.5×104m3/d增加到21×104m3/d。该技术的成功应用,对该区块同类型井的储层改造具有很好的指导意义。

Abstract:The temperature and pressure of ultra-deep gas well in Keshen Area of Tarim Oilfield are very high and perforation interval is long.It is very difficult to stimulate the reservoir using normal fracturing method.With geology analysis and reservoir evaluation and aiming at the difficulties of fracturing,appropriate stimulation proposal is given and fracturing operation is performed on site.In research,the complex fracturing method that main liquid is linked guar gel and assisted liquid is slippery water,clustering perforation and diverting technology with fiber is proposed,and the modifying operation on time according to fracture monitoring is needed.With the help of fiber diverting fracturing technology,multiple fracturing is performed successfully in ultra-deep well with high temperature and high pressure.The gas production of target well increases from 0.015 million m3/d to 0.21 million m3/d.It has a good significance for the stimulation of similar gas well in this area.
