硫酸特布他林联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗哮喘的临床效果

目的探究硫酸特布他林联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗哮喘的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年3月～2013年3月收治的58例哮喘患者为研究对象，利用随机数字表分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规对症治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用硫酸特布他林联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗。治疗10d后，比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率，随访3个月后，比较两组患者的哮喘控制情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为79．31％，对照组患者总有效率为55．17％。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组有1例出现心率过快，1例出现口部不适，对照组有2例出现口部不适，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组患者的哮喘发作次数、每次咳嗽时间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论硫酸特布他林联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗哮喘，有较高的临床效果和安全性，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical effect of terbutaline sulfate combined with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in the treatment for bronchial asthma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of terbutaline sulfate combined with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in the treatment for bronchial asthma.Methods 58 cases with bronchial asthma patients in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 as the research object,random number table was used and all cases randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,observation group in control group based on the use of terbutaline sulfate combined with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation treatment.After 10 days of treatment,clinical effect and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.After 3 months of follow-up,control of asthma of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 79.31%,total effective rate of control group was 55.17%,there was statistical difference （P〈O.O5）.Ohservation group have 1 case with heart rate too fast,1 case of mouth discomfort and control group have 2 cases of mouth discomfort,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.The number of asthma attacks,each time cough of two groups were compared,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Condusion Terbutaline sulfate combined with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in the treatment for bronchial asthma,with high clinical effect and safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
