直流自然积污试验站在直流外绝缘污秽评估中的作用及应用前景

摘    要:总结了在云广工程的禄丰直流自然积污试验站的研究工作。主要研究结果为:确定了附近换流站址的污秽等级;给出了直流深棱型和大小伞型支柱绝缘子表面等值盐密与交流普通型支柱绝缘子表面等值盐密的比例关系;确定了直流深棱绝缘子带电与不带电的积污量(等值盐密和灰密)比值。此外,简要介绍了自主研发的自然积污站成套装置。

Abstract:The research works are summarized based on the Lufeng Natural Contamination Testing Station built up for the Yunnan-Guangdong UHVDC project. The main results include the contamination level evaluation of the future converter station near by, the ESDD ratio between the DC post insulator and common AC post insulators, the accumulated contamination (ESDD and NDD) comparison on the deep rib type insulator under two conditions of on-load DC power and off-load DC power. In addition, the set of natural contamination test equipment developed by China Southern Power Grid is introduced.
