| 摘 要： | 根据我国建筑节能实施现状,总结提出了一套综合考虑建筑能耗、经济性、可持续发展和生态环境的居住建筑节能效果评价体系,并从全寿命周期的角度,分析该评价体系在各阶段的应用,提出了相应的管理措施.

| Abstract: | According to situation of building energy efficiency at home,a set of overall evaluation system about effect of energy efficien-cy for residential building was put forward,which considered building energy consumption,economy,the sustainable development and ecologi-cal environment.From the angle of total life cycle,the application situations in various stages of the evaluation system were analyzed,and the corresponding management measures were proposed. |
