| 摘 要： | 采用复合作用力，以Ｎ－ｔｅｒｔ－Ｂｕｔｏｘｙ－Ｃｒｂｏｎｙｌ－Ｌ－Ｔｒｙｐｔｏｐｈａｎ的烙印分子合成了一种对Ｎ－ｔ－Ｂｏｃ－ＤＬ－Ｔｒｙｐｔｏｐｈａｎ具有良好手性拆分作用的高效液相色谱固定相，并初步研究了其拆分其机理。

| Abstract: | Synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) against N-t-Boc-L-Tryptophan using both acidic monomer (methacrylic acid) and basic monomer (2-vinylpyridine) were reported. N-t-Boc- DL-Tryptophan was successfully discriminated and the mechanism of emantiomeric recognition is discussed. |
