孕期给予复方碳酸钙制剂对孕妇及新生儿骨健康的影响

摘    要:目的:观察孕期给予复方碳酸钙制剂对孕妇及新生儿骨健康的影响。方法:选取我院2010年3月至2012年11月受检的130例健康孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各65例,两组孕妇均给予饮食指导、补充钙质摄入,观察组加用复方碳酸钙制剂口服,直至分娩结束。比较两组孕妇血钙浓度、骨密度及新生儿骨密度、体质量及身高等情况。结果:两组孕妇治疗前血钙浓度及骨密度水平比较均无明显差异(P〉0.05),分娩1周后两组孕妇血钙浓度水平与治疗前比较无明显差异(P〉0.05),观察组骨密度较治疗前有明显提高(P〈0.05),与对照组比较有显著差异(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。两组新生儿身高比较无明显差异,观察组体质量、骨密度水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:孕期给予补充钙剂可促进孕妇及新生儿的骨健康,对促进新生儿骨骼发育有一定价值。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of compound calcium carbonate preparation on pregnant women and neonatal bone health. Method:130 healthy pregnant women in our hospital from Mar. 2010 to Nov. 2012 were selected as object of study, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 65 cases in each group, two groups of pregnant women were given the diet guidance, calcium intake, observation group were treated with compound calcium carbonate preparation for oral delivery, until the de- livery ended . Two groups of pregnant women' s calcium, bone mineral density and neonatal bone density, body mass and height were all compared . Result:There's no significant difference serum calcium and bone mineral density levels ( P〉0.05 ), calcium concentration levels in the two groups and treatment delivery after 1 weeks ago showed no significant difference (P〉0.05}, .the observation group bone density was obviously improved than before treatment ( P〈0.05 }, there was significant difference from the control group ( P〈0. 05 ), and it had statistical significance. In two groups, there were no significant difference about the observation group body mass, bone mineral density, levels were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈0.05 ), with statistical significance. Conclusion: Pregnancy to supplement calcium eould promote bone health of pregnant women and neonates, for the promotion of a certain value of neonatal skeletal development.
