Analysis of The Key Points in Auditinging Evaluation Report or Achievements in Medical and Health Sciences

Evaluation of achievements in medical and health sciences of the Chinese PLA(including application for both scientific research projects and achievements) is one of the important components in the management of medical sciences and technologies.Checkup verification is the last step in the evaluating process of achievements.Whether the final evaluation report can be passed by the experts who are responsible for its examination and verification depends on whether the conclusion is objective and fair.Therefore,checkup verification of the evaluated achievements plays an important role in keeping its soundness and direction,and this is why its significance and problems are pointed out and dealt with in this paper with the purpose to improve the evaluation of achievements in medical and health sciences of the Chinese PLA and to provide scientific basis for the management of scientific research.
