摘    要:为了解决空气可能对密闭容器元器件的影响,本文提出了一种用氮气进行干燥处理和气密性检测的新方法,从介绍其氮气干燥装置和性能检测的组成、工作原理、工作流程及主要技术参数出发,分析了该装置设计研制的特点,本装置采用用PLC进行控制,自动直观在线检测了容器内压力和温湿度的变化情况。

Abstract:The new method carrying on the gas tightness checkout and dry processing with nitrogen gas was put forward in order to solve the probable influence for components and parts in the airtight container from the air.The component,work principle,work distance traveled by a stream of water and the major technology parameter of the device was introduced,and the characteristic was analyzed,which is that one kind of dry nitrogen gas generator was adopted to drive the vacuum generator in pressuring source.For this device,the PLC control is adopted,and the internal pressure and warm humidity of the container can be automatic tested on-line.
