三七超微粉与细粉中三七皂苷R_1及人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1的含量比较研究

目的测定三七超微粉中三七皂苷R1及人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量,为三七超微粉质量评价提供依据。方法采用高效液相法,Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水二元梯度洗脱;流速:1 mL.min-1;检测波长:203 nm;柱温:25℃。结果三七超微粉中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的平均含量均高于三七细粉,两者间的含量有显著性差异。结论超微粉质量优于细粉。本实验的含量测定方法简便、准确,可为三七超微粉的质量控制提供一定的参考依据。

Comparison of Notoginsenoside R1 and Ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 of Different Powder from Panax notoginseng

Objective To determine the contents of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 of micronized powder and fine powder of Panax notoginseng.Methods Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with gradient elution.,and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water by binary gradient elution.The flow rate was 1 mL· min-1.The detective wavelength was set at 203nm and column temperature was 25℃.Results There was significant difference of 3 components between fine powder and micronized powder of Panax notoginseng.The average contents of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 of micronized powder of Panax notoginseng were higher than that of fine powder of Panax notoginseng.Conclusion The quality of micronized powder is better than that of fine powder.This method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of micronized powder of Panax notoginseng.
