| 摘 要： | 在对国内外石油装备资料进行广泛调研的基础上,详细介绍了国内外石油钻机发展的新趋势及交流变频调速电驱动石油钻机、液压钻机、快速移运钻机等新型石油钻机的性能及参数。介绍了国内外电驱动和液压驱动两大类型新型顶部驱动钻井装置、钻井泵等设备的最新发展现状及大功率三缸钻井泵、液压泵和六缸钻井泵等新型钻井泵的性能及参数。从国内外石油装备的发展现状看,石油装备正在向型式多样化、技术先进化、设计人性化趋势发展,据此提出了我国发展石油钻井装备的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the widely investigation of the latest drilling equipment at home and abroad,the general development trend of petroleum drilling equipment was summarized.The current developments of AC variable frequency electric drilling rigs,hydraulic drilling rigs,mobile drilling rigs,etc.as well as electric and hydraulic top drive drilling systems were introduced.The paper also describes the latest development and technical parameters of various new types of mud pumps including high power triplex mud pump,hydraulic mud pump and HEX mud pump.Finally,the paper proposes suggestions for developing petroleum drilling equipment in China. |
