| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胆道条件差的患者采用带蒂大网膜在预防肝移植术后胆漏中的作用。方法 对14例胆道条件差的胆漏高危的患者在背驮式肝移植术中应用带蒂大网膜袖套法包绕胆总管吻合口预防胆漏，术后严密观察其临床效果。结果 14例患者仪1例于术后第8d出现胆漏，且经充分引流后痊愈，其他13例未出现任何胆道并发症。结论 带蒂大网膜袖套法是预防肝移植术后胆漏的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness of using pedicled omentum to prevent biliary leak after liver transplantation in patients with poor condition of biliary tract. Methods Fourteen patients undergoing piggyback liver transplantation (PBLT) with poor condition of biliary tract were subjected to pedicled omentum to wrap the anastomosis of biliary tract to prevent biliary leak, and clinical results were observed after operation. Results In 14 patients, only one case suffered from biliary leak at 8th day after operation and recovered after full drainage. In the remaining cases, no biliary complications occurred. Conclusion Pedicled omentum can provide a new technique for preventing biliary leak after liver transplantation. |
