可拆卸性设计的系统构成

摘    要:分析了构成可拆卸性设计DFD基本系统的4个组成模块:信息输入与建模、拆卸分析、拆卸评价、反馈设计建议。研究了可拆卸性设计中建模及拆卸方向计算等关键技术,以图形理论为基础建立了装配体的网络图模型,从几何角度分析了零部件的拆卸方向。探讨了可拆卸性设计的发展趋势。

Abstract:Four composition models of the system of design for disassembly are analyzed, namely,information input and model building, disassembly analysis, disassembly evaluation and suggestion feedback of design.Such key technologies as the building of model, the calculating of disassembly direction are investigated.The graph model of the assembly is established based on graph theories, and the disassembly direction of the component is analyzed based on geometry.The development trend of design for disasssembly is also discussed.
