云南省少数民族教育的文化困境

现代化与民族化是文化发展的关键问题，也是少数民族教育的根本宗旨和实现的必由之路。云南省的少数民族教育存在着科学文化教育落后、民族文化教育重视不足的问题，是经济基础、政治体制以及文化背景等等因素综合影响下产生的结果。要摆脱这一文化困境，必须一如既往地加大投入巩固少数民族地区的基础教育，发展职业技术教育，并把少数民族传统文化教育放到与现代科学文化教育同等重要的地位上来，以满足少数民族地区人才本地化的需求。

Toward the Cultural Dilemma of the Education in Ethnic Groups in Yunnan Province

Both modernization and nationalization are the key to the cultural development and the essential tenet and the only way to the education in ethnic groups. Problems that the scientific and cultural education lags behind, and the ethnic cultural education is not laid stress on in the education of ethnic groups in Yunnan province are results from such comprehensive influences as economic basis, political system and cultural background. To cast off this cultural dilemma, it is necessary to increase investment and consolidate the elementary education in national areas, develop vocational and technical education and put same emphasis on traditional cultural education in ethnic groups with modern scientific and cultural education, so as to meet the needs of talents localization in national areas.
