河南3起重大灾害事件紧急医疗救援的启示

目的总结河南省3次重大突发事件的紧急医疗救援经验。方法重大灾害事件发生后，迅速报告上级主管部门和紧急救援中心，公安、消防和医疗急救人员共同参加现场急救，保持通讯和道路通畅，维持现场秩序，现场急救后，迅速将伤员顺利转运到医院。河南省突发公共卫生事件应急医疗牧治专家迅速赶赴现场和救治伤员的陕院，指导急诊手术和重症峪护治疗。结果3次重大突发事件现场共死亡217例，95例伤员被送入院治疗，其中危重伤员22例。仅2例死于多器官衰竭，其余93例康复出院。结论河南省的急救站均依托实力较强的医疗机构，从而构成一个急救站网，可伞天候、全方位、高效率地应对突发事件，将损失降低到最低限度。

Enlightenment from the emergency medical assistance in 3 grave disaster events in Henan Province

Objective To summarize the experience gained from the emergency medical rescue in 3 grave disaster events occurring in Henan Province 2004-2007. Method The massages of disaster events were reported to the higher competent authorities and emergency medical rescue center immediately. Policemen, firefighters, and medical personnel hurried to the rescue. The communication was kept unobstructed and the transportation was always free. The order in the scene was maintained good. After the on-the-spot rescue, the wounded were transferred to hospitals immediately. Many emergency medical specialists of Henan experienced in unexpected public health events arrived at the scenes and relevant hospitals to supervise the work. Results In these 3 grave disaster events, 217 persons died on the spot, and 95 wounded persons, including 22 severely wounded, were sent to hospitals. Only 2 of the seriously wounded persons died of multiple organ dysfimetion syndrome, and the other 93 recovered and were discharged from hospitals.
