互补性资产视角下的企业科技创新效率提升路径研究

经济转型升级过程中企业科技创新方面的投入不断增加,但同时更应注重从企业内部自身视角提升科技创新投入的效率。在阐述我国企业科技创新投入与产出现状以及企业科技创新中存在问题的基础上,提出基于员工能力、供应商参与、重视客户、持有众多特质互异的互补性资产以及基于创新环境、信息交流、激励、风险共担机制等企业视角提升企业科技创新效率的路径。研究为提升微观企业科技创新投入效率提供了新的研究视角与思路。

A Study on the Way of Improving Technological Innovation Efficiency Based on the Perspective of Complementary Assets

In the process of economic transformation and upgrading, enterprise"s technological innovation investments gradually increase. But at the same time, we should pay attention to improving technological innovation efficiency based on the perspective of enterprise itself. This paper puts forward several ways to improve enterprise"s technological innovation efficiency on the basis of analyzing the inputs, outputs and problems of enterprise"s technological innovation. Such as, staff capacity, supplier involvement, paying critical attention to the client, holding many different characteristics of complementary assets and innovation environment, information communication, motivation, risk-sharing mechanism can improve enterprise"s technological innovation efficiency. This paper provides a new research perspective and idea for improving enterprise"s technological innovation efficiency.
