对绿色住宅设计的能量聚集问题的思考

健康住宅已成为人类自身的身心健康的“绿色”生存环境,设计者为了创造中华民族理想的绿色家园,特别重视住宅的“绿色设计”,而真正的“绿色建筑”,不仅指建筑的低污染、低能耗,对建筑是否具有稳定良好的能量聚集效应,是否有利于人的身心健康应是衡量“绿色”与否的基本标准。本文对住宅能量聚集的影响因素作了一些肤浅的分析,就如何改善住宅能量聚集效应提出了一些措施。要设计能量聚集良好的住宅,还需要经过一个时期的探索和实践,更需要设计师和使用者的共同努力来实现。

Thought about the energy gathering during the green design of residence

Healthy housing has become the "green" environment of human being's physical and mental health.Chinese designers especially emphasize on "green design" to create national ideal green home,but the real "green building" not only refers to the low-pollution and low energy consumption of construction,but also to whether the building has stable and sound energy aggregation effect and whether it is conducive to people's physical and mental health should be the basic standards of "green".This paper analyzes the factors influencing residential energy aggregation,and gives some advices on how to improve residential energy aggregation effects.It needs a period of exploration and practice to design residence of good energy aggregation,and requires more designers and users to work together to hit the target.
