摘    要:以贵溪电厂640 MW ALSTOM超临界机组为例,介绍了机组汽机辅助系统自启停自动控制策略设计.控制功能采用分级控制结构,分为设备级、单元级和功能组级,分别论述了各级功能.汽机辅助系统控制策略包含顺序控制与模拟量过程控制,针对不同的控制变量采用不同的控制方式.模拟量调节系统除有手动调节外,还设计了自动备用状态和自动调节状态.汽机辅助系统投运效果证明了控制策略的有效性和合理性.

Abstract:Taking Guixi power plant 640 MW ALSTOM ultra supercritical unit as an example,thepaper introduces the turbine auxiliary system start-stop automatic control strategy design.Controlfunction uses a hierarchical structure,dividing into the equipment level,cell level and functionalgroup level.Various functions are discussed.Turbine auxiliary system control strategy includes asequence control and analog process control.According to the different control variables,controlmethods are applied.Analog regulating system in addition to a manual regulation,also designed theautomatic standby status and automatic regulation of the state.Turbine auxiliary system running result proves the validity and rationality of the control strategy.
