高炉铜冷却壁热模拟实验及传热特性分析

摘    要:通过对高炉铜冷却壁进行热态实验,研究了铜壁在模拟高炉工况下热面不同部位的温度情况,对铜壁厚度方向的热流作了深入分析。结果表明铜壁高的导热性能和钻孔工艺对高炉长寿意义重大。

Abstract:Hot test of copper cooling stave for blast furnace was introduced in this paper. The temperature distribution of hot side of the stave under different working condition which was similar to the blast furnace was researched. What's more, the heat flux through the thickness direction ofthe copper cooling stave was deeply analyzed. The results prove fatherly that the use of copper cooling stave has great significance to the longevity of blast furnace because of the excellent heat transfer capability of copper and the drilling technics applied in copper stave.
