不同蜜环菌菌株生物学特性及菌丝体多糖含量的研究

摘    要: 目的 对不同来源的11种蜜环菌菌株的生物学特性及多糖含量进行研究。方法 蜜环菌菌株生物学特性的观察采用平板培养法,菌丝体多糖含量的测定采用比色法。结果 菌株A1,A4,A5,A7,A9及A10菌索比较发达,而菌株A2,A3,A6,A8及A11菌丝体比较发达;平均生长速度最快的菌株为A9,A10;发酵物中每克菌丝体多糖含量,以菌株A10中含量最高。结论 不同蜜环菌菌株之间的生物学特性以及菌丝体多糖含量均存在着显著的差异

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the biological characteristic s and polysaccharide contents of eleven Armillaria mellea strains.M ETHODS Plant cultivation was used to observe the biological characteris tics of Armillaria mellea.The contents of hypha polysaccharide were determin ed by using colorimetric method.RESULTS It was found that th e rhizomorph was enormous in strains A 1,A 4,A 5,A 7,A 9 and A 10,but the hypha was dominance in strains A 2,A 3,A 6,A 8 and A 11.The average growth rate was rapid in strain A 9 and A 10.CONCLUSION The biological characteristics and polysaccharide contents of different Ar millaria mellea strains had significant differences.
