水分胁迫下小麦幼苗可溶性蛋白质的表现与小麦抗旱蛋白之初探

摘    要:研究了水分胁迫下小麦幼苗可溶性蛋白质的含量变化。胁迫强度或时间达到一定值时可溶性蛋白质明显增加;电泳分析表明,干旱胁迫后至少生成6种新的蛋白质,品种间比较,抗旱性强的品种在较高胁迫强度下可溶性蛋白质含量相对较高。
