| 摘 要： | 目的:研究确定桑黄多糖分散片的处方,并对其进行质量研究.方法:以崩解时限为主要指标,采用正交法对桑黄多糖分散片的辅料进行筛选,并对其质量控制进行研究.结果:采用20%低取代羟丙基纤维素为崩解剂,50%微晶纤维素为填充剂,50%的乙醇溶液为粘合剂,硬脂酸镁为润滑剂,湿法制粒压片.制备的分散片每片含桑黄多糖50 mg,崩解...
