| 摘 要： | 中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司对延迟焦化装置双面辐射加热炉采用的在线机械清焦方法为国内首创。与传统的烧焦方法相比,机械清焦操作简单、安全高效,还可以减少环境污染。通过工艺操作配合,机械清焦能够彻底清除炉管内的所有结焦及盐垢,进一步提高装置经济效益,延长运行周期。
