地铁列车通过绝缘结消弧方法的研究

摘    要:列车通过安装有单向导通装置绝缘结处可能会产生电弧而烧损轨道.通过现场观察及试验记录分析,电弧产生的原因是由于列车离开绝缘结瞬间电流突然减少而形成过电压,使得列车后轮和绝缘结的一端满足了电弧产生的条件.针对这一情况,提出了带消弧功能的单向导通装置消弧部分的设计思路,并制作样机在广州地铁使用,解决了列车通过绝缘结产生电弧烧损轨道的问题.

Abstract:At the train passing through the insulted joint with the unilateral connecting device, the electric arc can be come into existence to burn the rail. According to observation test and analysis in locale, the reason of producing the electric arc is that at the train leaving the insulted joint the over voltage is produced because of the current reduced abruptly. Therefore the conditions of producing the electric arc are satisfied in the back wheel of the train and one terminal of the insulted joint. Aimed to this situation, the thought of designing the unilateral connecting device with the arc-suppression circuit has been put forward, and the prototype has been applied in Guangzhou metro. It has solved the problem that the electric arc produced at the train passing through the insulted joint to burn the rail.
