载银纳米铁酸铜抗菌剂的制备及抗菌性能

摘    要:以纳米铁酸铜(CuFe_2O_4)复合氧化物为载体,通过吸附制备载银抗菌剂,用抑菌圈直径和杀菌率表征抗菌性能.选择pH值范围为5.5~7.0、吸附时间8h、吸附温度50℃为纳米CuFe_2O_4对银离子的吸附条件.当焙烧温度为500℃时Ag~+能够有效缓释,并具有抗菌持久性.具有相近粒径和相同载银量的载银纳米CuFe_2O_4抗菌能力强于载银纳米SiO_2.载银纳米CuFe_2O_4抗菌剂具有较好的抗菌性能.随着抗菌剂载银量的增加抗菌能力增强,抗菌剂的焙烧温度影响银离子的溶出能力与缓释能力.载体本身较强的吸附、催化能力产生的对细菌的破坏及其中铜元素的存在有利于增强抗菌剂抗菌性能.

Abstract:An Ag-carried antibacterial agent is prepared by adsorption method, with the carrier of mulriple oxide nanometer copper ferrite (CuFe_2O_4). The antibacterial performance is characterized by the antibacterial circle diameter and the bactericidal rate of the loading silver powder. The conditions of pH value 5.5~7.0, 8h retention time and 50℃ for adsorption are chosen when Ag~+ is adsorbed by CuFe_2O_4. Ag~+ can be effectively released, and has the antibacterial lasting performance at the sintering temperature of 500℃. The antibacterial ability of Ag-carried nanometer CuFe_2O_4 is better than that of Ag-carried nanometer SiO_2 at the same particle size and Ag~+ content by the contrastive analyses. Antibacterial ability is enhanced followed the increase of silver content in the antibacterial agent. Released capability and lasting capability of Ag~+ are affected by sintering temperature. Moreover, the destructibility to bacteria by adsorbability, catalysis of CuFe_2O_4 carrier and existence of Cu are favorable to antibacterial performance.
