摘    要:为了了解各因素对两材料组合楔形罩线型聚能装药射流成型的影响规律,获得其较优的结构参数组合,运用正交设计方法对其进行优化设计,采用 L 9(34)正交表获得了不同的数值模拟方案,利用 ANSYS/LS-DYNA 对各方案进行了数值模拟,获得了各方案的最大射流速度和射流断裂前的最大长度。结果分析表明:无论是内工业纯铁外紫铜材料组合还是内紫铜外工业纯铁材料组合罩结构,各因素对射流速度和射流长度的影响规律由主至次分别为 a→2α→δ2→δ1和δ1→a→δ2→2α,对射流速度均选择2α3-δ13-δ23- a1为优化方案,对射流长度则分别选择2α3-δ11-δ22- a1和2α1-δ11-δ21- a1为优化方案。

Abstract:To disclose the influence laws of different factors on jet formation and to obtain the optimal main structure parameters of LSC,different numerical simulation projects of main structure parameters of LSC with cuni-form cover of two material combinations was designed with L9(34 )orthogonal tables by the orthogonal optimization method,and all of the projects were numerically simulated with ANSYS/ LS-DYNA program. The maximum jet veloc-ity and the jet length before breakup were obtained. The results show that whether the case of inner layer of ingot iron and the outer layer of copper or the inner layer of copper and the outer layer of ingot iron,the various factors influ-ence rules of jet velocity and jet length were given as a→2α→δ2→δ1 and δ1→a→δ2→2α respectively from primary to secondary. As jet velocity,the optimal project was 2α3- δ13- δ23- a1 . As jet length,the optimal projects were 2α3 -δ11- δ22- a1 and 2α1- δ11- δ21- a1 respectively.
