内燃动车动力总成隔振性能分析

摘    要:大功率柴油机产生的宽频带振动,双层隔振系统具有良好的高频隔振能力,已在船舶等领域得到了应用。但在中、高速柴油机的内燃机车等领域,国内对于双层隔振系统的应用研究很少。结合国内首次研制的某型内燃动车动力总成系统,对双层隔振系统的隔振性能进行了仿真和实验研究。首先采用理论计算和实验识别结合的方法确定了作用在柴油发电机组上的激振力(矩)特性;然后建立了双层隔振系统多体动力学模型,通过仿真计算,求得了理论力传递率;最后进行了双层隔振系统力传递率测试,获得了双层隔振系统实际力传递率,其力传递率明显低于单层隔振系统。对于双层隔振系统设计和工程应用有一定的参考。

Analysis of Performance of the Vibration Isolation System ofDMU Powertrain
Abstract:For broadband excitation sources of high-power diesel engine, two-stage vibration isolation system has good high-frequency vibration isolation performance, and has already been applied in various fields such as shipbuilding. However, in the field of locomotives using middle or high speed diesel engines, few researches have been done for the above system in China. Based on the first DMU power train system developed in China, simulations and vibrations were done to study the vibration isolation performance of such system in this paper. First, the characteristics of the exciting force (torque) acting on the diesel generator set were determined by using a combination of theoretical calculation and experiment identification methods; then a multi-body dynamics model of the two-stage vibration isolation system was built, and the theoretical isolation efficiency was obtained through simulation; the actual vibration isolation efficiency was finally tested and proved to be significantly better than the single-stage vibration isolation system. The above work has certain guiding significance to the design and engineering applications of two-stage vibration isolation system.
