| 摘 要： | 目的比较灰阶B超、彩色多普勒血流显像技术(CDFI)以及三维超声图像重建(3D)等3种不同超声技术在诊断胎儿脐带绕颈中的价值。方法对产前行常规B超/CDFI及三维彩超检查诊断脐带绕颈的孕妇,对比分析3种超声检查结果与分娩。结果 3种检查技术诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的灵敏度、特异度分别为89.8%与85.4%,93.8%和89.4%,95.5%和97.6%。结论三维超声能更全面、直观、形象地显示脐带绕颈的存在及其两者的空间解剖关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the B-grayscale and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and three-dimensional ultrasound image reconstruction(3D) ultrasound technology in three kinds of diagnostic value of fetal umbilical cord around neck.Methods Routine prenatal B-/CDFI and three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of cord around the neck of the pregnant women,compared the results with the delivery of three ultrasound results,diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around neck three examination technique the sensitivity and specificity were 89.8 % and 85.4%,93.8% and 89.4%,95.5% and 97.6%.Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound can be more comprehensive,intuitive,graphically shows the presence of cord around the neck and the anatomical relationship between the space between the two. |
