基于CAN总线的温室监测系统的通信设计

摘    要:利用CAN总线的特点和性能优势,结合温室监测系统的现状,提出基于CAN总线的温室监测系统的实施方案.介绍了温室监测系统的总体结构设计,采用主从方式,通过CAN总线将每一个独立的监测节点连接起来,实时采集数据传送到上位PC机进行处理;监测节点采用MSC1210Y5作为主控制器,控制各传感器进行数据采集,并通过CAN控制器MCP2510与上位机通信;在此基础上自定义了CAN总线通信协议,同时给出详细的数据通信流程.该系统稳定可靠,并具有很好的扩展性,能够很好地满足温室监测系统自动化程度高,成本低的需求.

Abstract:An implement scheme of greenhouse monitoring system is proposed based on analysis of the characteristics and function advantages of CAN Bus and the realistic status of greenhouse monitoring systems.The general structure design of greenhouse monitoring system is introduced.With the M/S mode,each node is jointed together by CAN Bus,communicating with the master PC.The chip of MSC1210Y5 and CAN controller MCP2510 are used for the design of monitoring node,and the custom-built communication protocol is given.Th...
