低温等离子微创治疗儿童梨状窝瘘的围手术期护理

目的 探讨低温等离子微创治疗感染期与非感染期儿童梨状窝瘘的护理方法,减少并发症的发生。方法 对25例(感染期组16例和非感染期组9例)采用低温等离子微创治疗的梨状窝瘘患儿实施心理护理、饮食护理、切口护理、体位护理,并发症的观察与护理等。结果 非感染期组中经1次手术治愈者7例,经2次手术治愈者2例;感染期组中经1次手术治愈者10例,经2次手术治愈者5例,其中1例患儿因反复颈部感染行颈外径路瘘管切除后治愈。结论 围术期细心的观察和护理,是儿童梨状窝瘘微创手术成功和康复的重要保障。

Perioperative period nursing for low temperature plasma minimally invasive surgery of pyriform sinus fistula in children

Objective To explore the nursing methods of low temperature plasma minimally invasive surgery of pyriform sinus fistula in infected and non-infected children to reduce the incidence of complications. Methods For 25 children(16 patients in an infection group and 9 patients in a non-infected group) with pyriform sinus fistula treated with lowtemperature plasma minimally invasive surgical treatment, the psychological nursing, diet nursing, incision nursing, posture care, observation and nursing of complications were performed. Results In the non-infected group, 7 patients were cured by one operation, and 2 patients were cured by 2 operations. In the infection group, 10 patients were cured by one operation, and5 patients were cured by 2 operations. One patient was cured by resection of the neck and outer pathway fistula due to repeated neck infection. Conclusion The careful observation and nursing during the perioperative period is an important guarantee for the success and rehabilitation of children with pyriform sinus fistula treated by minimally invasive surgery.
