摘    要:提出了一种新的二维光子晶体的缺陷结构。该结构在光子晶体中构成光波导,能使光子禁带中不同的被选择的缺陷态频率的光子以极低的损耗通过。采用带有吸收边界条件的时域有限差分方法模拟了光波在该种结构中的传播。以该结构为基础,可以在微米尺度的光子晶体中制作波分复用器等光学元件,而且其各信道具有相近的高传输系数。

Abstract:A new kind of defect structures in two-dimensional square photon crystals is proposed. This structure can form a wave-guide in photon crystals and light can propagate in it with different selected frequency in photonic band gap with low loss. A two-dimensional finite-difference time-domain technique with absorbing boundary conditions is used to simulate the propagation of light in this structure. Based on this structure, a wavelength division multiplexing system can be made with PCs of micrometer scale, which has closely high transmission coefficient in the channels.
