自拟软坚利水二瓜汤结合西药治疗晚期血吸虫病腹水疗效观察

目的观察自拟软坚利水二瓜汤结合西药治疗晚期血吸虫病腹水的临床疗效。方法将65例晚期血吸虫病腹水患者分成2组,对照组30例,给予常规西药治疗,治疗组35例,在对照组治疗基础上加服自拟软坚利水二瓜汤治疗,2周为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为82.9%,对照组为63.3(%P<0.05);2组治疗后腹水消退时间比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清ALT、TBIL、Alb以及A/G值比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);1年后腹水复发率治疗组为22.8%,对照组为56.6%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论软坚利水二瓜汤结合西药治疗晚期血吸虫病腹水疗效良好。

Clinical Effects of "Ruanjian Lishui Ergua Decoction" plus Western Medicine in Treating Advanced Shistosomiasis Hydroperitoneum

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Ruanjian Lishui Ergua Decoction" combined with routine western medical therapy in treating shistosomiasis hydroperitoneum. Methods Sixty-five subjects were divided into two groups: control group in which 30 cases received routine western medical therapy and treatment group in which 35 cases received western medicine combined with "Ruanjian Lishui Ergua Decoction". Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 82.9% and 63.3% respectively, with a significant difference between them (P < 0.05); the hydroperitoneum extinction in treatment group is earlier than that in control group (P < 0.05); the levels of serum ALT, T-BIL, Alb and A/G had significant differences between the two groups. One-year survey showed that the relapse rate of hydroperitoneum was 22.8% in treatment group and 56.6% in control group, P < 0.01 Conclusion "Ruanjian Lishui Ergua Decoction" can enhance the efficacy of routine western medical therapy in treating shistosomiasis hydroperitoneum.
