超声波辅助提取杏仁油工艺研究

摘    要:以小白杏仁为原料,从5种有机溶剂中选取一种作为萃取试剂,对杏仁油的超声波辅助提取工艺进行了研究,并与溶剂浸提法进行了比较。选取超声波处理时间、超声波功率、料液比、提取温度等4个单因素进行试验。在单因素试验的基础上,采用4因素3水平L9(34)的正交设计方案,对杏仁油的提取条件进行优化。结果表明,选用乙酸乙酯作为萃取溶剂,最佳工艺参数为超声波处理时间35 m in,超声波功率105 W,料液比1∶21(g∶mL),温度40℃。在最佳工艺条件下,杏仁油提取率可达49.35%,与溶剂浸提法相比,提取率接近。
