| 摘 要： | 目的 通过测定偏头痛患者血浆P物质 (SubstanceP ,SP)及Mg2 含量 ,探讨SP及Mg2 的临床意义及相关性 ,为寻找高效 ,价廉的治疗途径提供理论依据。方法 分别采用放射免疫法及化学比色法 ,测定 4 1例偏头痛患者发作期血浆SP含量及Mg2 浓度 ,进行相关分析。结果 (1)与健康对照组比较偏头痛发作期血浆SP含量增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血清Mg2 浓度降低 (P <0 .0 1)。 (2 )SP与Mg2 呈负相关 (r=- 0 .86 2 9,P <0 .0 1)。结论 偏头痛发作期SP增高Mg2 下降是偏头痛发病诱因之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To test plasma substance P and magnesium content in migraine patients and explore their clinical significance and correlation,thus,to provide theoretical foundation for an efficient and cheap way of treatment. Methods By means of radioimmunoassay and clorimentric analysis,the plasma substance P content and concentration of Mg 2 in 41 migraine patients were tested during outbreak of their illness. Results (1)The content of substance P in plasma increased (P< 0.01) while the concentration of magnesium decreased(P< 0.001) when compared with the control group. (2)The content of substance P and magnesium were in minus corelation(r= -0.8629,P< 0.01). Conclusion The rise in content of substance P and the fall of magnesium is one of the causes of the oubreak of migraine. |
