正交异性钢桥面板疲劳裂纹的维修加固方法

摘    要:正交异性钢桥面板的疲劳裂纹是既有钢桥的常见病害,其维修加固难于新桥建设,必须遵守耐久性等基本原则。钢桥面板的维修加固方法分为三类:第一类是改进铺装层结构,减小整个钢桥面板所有部位的应力;第二类是局部补强或者改进纵向加劲肋的构造;第三类是直接对发生疲劳裂纹的局部进行维修。如果疲劳裂纹比较严重,如纵向加劲肋与横肋之间的连接失效、或者纵向加劲肋与面板的连接焊缝处裂纹向上贯穿面板等,则需要同时采用第一类和第三类加固方法。

Abstract:The repair and reinforcement of fatigue cracks in orthotropic steel deck , which are the frequently diseases , is more difficult than the construction of a new steel bridge , and must comply with some basic principles such as durability.The repair and reinforcement methods can be divided into three kinds : the first kind of method is improving the pavement layer structure and reducing the stress of all parts of the entire steel bridge decks ; the second one is to do partial reinforcement or to improve the structure of the longitudinal ribs ; the third one is to directly repair the fatigue cracks.If the fatigue crack is more serious , such as the connection between the longitudinal ribs and the transverse stiffeners failed , or the connection weld cracks between the longitudinal rib and the deck gone up throughout the deck , the first kind and the third kind reinforcement methods must be use at the same time.
