摘    要:针对国家体育场(鸟巢)工程主钢结构构件体型大,重量重,形状复杂,安装精度要求高,就位后安全稳固措施难度大等特点,从桁架柱单机吊装技术和双机抬吊技术、主桁架三机吊装技术和单机吊装技术、桁架柱和主桁架安装稳固措施等方面进行了深入研究,总结出国家体育场钢结构主结构吊装的成套技术成果,确保了施工质量完全满足设计及验收标准的要求。

Abstract:As the project is of huge volume,great weight,complicated configuration,high installation precision and big difficulty to stabilize the components at the right position,deep research was done on the single crane hoisting and 2-crane joint hoisting of truss column,3-crane joint hoisting and single crane hoisting of main truss and the safety and stabilization measures for truss column and main truss,and a complete set of technical outcome were summarized for the installation of the main steel structure of the stadium,ensuring the construction quality to meet the requirements of design and special acceptance criterion.
