超声提取甘蔗渣多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:目的:探讨超声提取法从(法)甘蔗渣中提取多糖的工艺条件,为多糖的超声提取提供理论依据。方法:用硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量,采用正交试验法研究多糖的提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺为加12倍量水,80℃超声提取60min。结论:超声提取法可用于甘蔗渣多糖的提取。

Abstract:Objective : To optimize the ultrasonic extracting method of polysaccnanoe m sugarcane residue, withdraw to provide the theories for the super voice of many sugar. Methods: Polysaccharides were extracted with orthogonal experiment by ultrasonic method, and the content was determined by speetrophotomcetry. Results: The best technology was: to extract by ultrasonic wave for 6 mins under 80℃ .adding 12 folds of water. Conclusion: This method is easy to operate rapid to extract and able to obtain the laigla-content of polysaccharide.
