肺部手术围手术期肺功能的评估与处理分析

目的对接受肺部手术患者围手术期的肺功能进行评估,并给予相应的处理。方法从某医院2011年10月-2012年10月接受肺部手术的患者中抽取50例作为观察组,在术前做好准备,术中进行监测,术后给予相应的处理。另选择以往常规手术管理肺部手术患者50例作为对照组。对2组进行临床资料分析、对比。结果观察组1例患者因放弃治疗出院而病情加重,显效率和总有效率分别为76.0%、98.0%,高于对照组的18.0%、92.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论要高度重视对肺病患者围手术期的肺功能评估,并根据评估做好相关处理措施。

Evaluation and treatment analysis of pulmonary function during operation period of pulmonary operation

Objective To evaluate the pulmonary function during operation period in patients accepted pulmonary operation,and give the corresponding treatment. Methods 50 cases of patients accepted pulmonary operation from October 2011 to October 2012 were selected as the observation group. Prepare before operation,monitor intra-operation and give the corresponding treatment in postoperation. And another 50 cases of patients accepted routine operation management were selected as the control group. The clinical data of 2 groups were compared and analyzed. Results 1 patient’s condition worsened because of giving up treatment. The significant effective rate and total effective rate were 76. 0% and 98. 0% ,which were higher than 18. 0% and 92. 0% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P ＆lt; 0. 05） . Conclusion We should pay high attention to the assessment of pulmonary function of lung disease patients during operation period,and make relevant treatment measures according to the assessment result.
