多枚空心钉固定加多肌蒂髂骨瓣治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折

目的探讨治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的方法。方法19例(男14例、女5例)患者,平均年龄31.6岁,采用椎管麻醉,骨折切开复位多枚空心钉内固定后,取缝匠肌、阔筋膜张肌蒂髂骨瓣植入股骨头颈槽内。结果19例骨折全部获得得愈合。平均愈合时间16周。随访18例均未见股骨头缺血性坏死。结论青壮年股骨颈骨折创伤暴力大、损伤重,血循环破坏严重,骨折愈合慢,股骨头坏死率较高,采用本方法可以促进骨折愈合,降低股骨头坏死率,提高疗效。

Treatment of femoral neck fracture with several cannulated screws internal fixation and multiple muscle pedicle iliac bone graft in young adults

Aim To explore the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young adults.Methods 19 cases of patients(14 men and 5 women) were treated by this method.The average age of them was 31.6.After vertebral canal anesthesia,open reduction and internal fixation,the iliac bone flaps of sartorius and tensor fasciae latae were implanted and fixed in the neck of femoral head.Results All the 19 cases were healed in a mean time of 16 weeks.In all the 18 cases which were followed up,no femur head necrosis occurred.Conclusions Femoral neck fractures in young adults are often accompanied by severe injuries,severe destructions of blood circulation,slow healing speed,and high rate of femoral head necrosis.This method can accelerate bone healing,reduce the rate of femoral head necrosis,and improve curative effects.
