碘杂环—64对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:本文报告抗高血压药碘杂环—64(IHC—64)对小鼠免疫功能的影响,并同免疫抑制剂CY和强的松龙进行比较。IHC—64 1.5,3mg/kg ip×7对小鼠胸腺重、牌重无显著影响,但对PHA6mg/kgim×3诱导的体内淋巴细胞转化有明显促进作用。相同剂量给药4天,IHC—64不但对SRBC所致的血清溶血素、凝集素的产生无明显影响而且对小鼠脾脏抗体形成细胞(PFC)特异性玫瑰花形成细胞(SRFC)和脾细胞总数均无显著影响。说明IHC—64对免疫功能有选择性促进作用。

Abstract:Immune effect of IHC-64 was studied. In dose of 1.5, 3mg/kg ip for 7 d IHC-64 did not influence weight of spleen and thymus. At the same time it could obviously promote the lymphocyte transformation induced by PHA 6mg/kg for 3 d in vivo. In assays of plague forming cells (PFC), specific rosette forming cells (SRFC) and spleen cell number, no difference was found between group treated with IHC-64 1.5, 3mg/kg ip for 4 d and control group. Experiments of hemolysin and agglutinin in serum showed that IHC-64 did not change the level of specific anti-bodies which was produced by SRBC. The results above suggested that IHC-64 have some selective effect on Immune system in mice.
