128层螺旋CT重建技术在茎突综合征诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨128层螺旋CT VR、MPR及CPR重建技术在茎突综合征诊断中的价值.方法 将21例患者经128层螺旋CT平扫后行VR、MPR及CPR等图像后处理,测量其双侧茎突的长度和内倾斜角度.结果 21例患者(42侧)茎突均清晰显示,茎突长度> 30 mm者24侧(57.1%),内倾斜角>25°者31侧(73.8%).结论 128层螺旋CT MPR和VR重建技术能准确诊断茎突综合征.

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of 128-layer spiral CT plus volume reconstruction(VR),multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) and curved planar reconstruction(CPR) in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome.Methods 21 patients diagnosed with 128-slice spiral CT scan were further diagnosed with VR,MPR and CPR to measure the length of bilateral styloid process and the inclined angle.Results 21 patients with 42 sides all showed clear styloid process.24 cases(57.1%)had the length of styloid longer than 30mm and 31 sides(73.8%)had inclined angle more than 25 degrees.Conclusion The 128-slice spiral CT MPR and VR reconstruction techniques can accurately diagnose the styloid process syndromes.
