甲硝唑缓释明胶海绵治疗牙周炎的临床研究

目的 观察甲硝唑缓释明胶海绵治疗牙周炎的临床疗效.方法 将110例牙周炎患者(共220颗患牙)随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组55例(110颗).两组患牙均给予牙周洁治刮治治疗后,治疗组于牙周袋深部放置甲硝唑缓释明胶海绵,对照组放置空白明胶海绵,比较两组疗效及患牙牙龈指数(GI)和牙周袋探诊深度(PD)的变化.结果 治疗组的总有效率为96.4％,明显高于对照组的68.2％(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后GI、PD与治疗前比较均明显减小(P＜0.05),但治疗组GI和PD指数明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 甲硝唑缓释明胶海绵能有效治疗牙周炎.

SLOW-RELEASE METRONIDAZOLE GELATIN SPONGE IN THE TREATMENT OF PERIODONTITIS

Objective To observe the clinical effect of slow-release metronidazole gelatin sponge in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods 110 cases of periodontitis(220 teeth) were randomly divided into the treatment group and thecontrol group,with 55 cases(110 teeth) in each group.Both groups were given periodontal scaling and curettage.The treatment group got deep placement of slow-release metronidazole gelatin sponge in the periodontal pockets,while the controls were given blank gelatin sponge.The gingiva index(GI) and periodontal probing depth(PD) of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were was 96.4% and 68.2% respectively(P<0.05).The GI and PD were both significantly reduced(P<0.05)after treatment in the two groups,but the treatment group had much lower GI and PD index than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The slow-release metronidazole gelatin sponge is effective in the treatment of periodontitis.
