| 摘 要： | 学术文化是学术思想、学术信念，它对学术的影响无处不在。学术文化对大学教师在价值取向、思维方式与精神状态等方面潜移默化地发挥着作用。因此，需要建构一种追求真理、自由宽松、遵守学术道德的学术文化，以促进学术的健康发展。
