| Abstract: | This article introduces the ASN.1 markup language and the basic encoding rule of BER.Combining with its application scenarios in international roaming CDRs(call detail record) of the mobile communication,we explain in detail the design and implementation of ASN.1 syntax compiler and BER encoder/decoder module which is applied to international roaming CDRs process systems of mobile communication. |
