合成二甲胺高选择性催化剂的研究

摘    要:用碱金属阳离子(Na+、K+)交换改性后的丝光沸石作催化剂,研究其在甲醇气相胺化合成甲胺反应中的催化性能。结果表明,该催化剂对二甲胺具有较高的选择性和活性。用氨-胺混合物(氨一甲胺三甲胺=82.91%13.25%3.84%(质量))与甲醇反应时,在N/C(原子比)=2.5—4.0、温度300—320℃、压力1.8MPa、空速1500—2500h-1条件下,反应产物中一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺之质量比可达36.07%,48.71%和15.22%,甲醇转化率大于95%。用光电子能谱技术对催化剂进行表征,从而对催化剂的二甲胺高选择性提出了解释

Abstract:In this article,the mordenite,after exchanging with K + and Na +,used as catalyst for synthesis of dimethylamine(DMA) from methanol and ammonia monomethylamine(MMA) trimethylamine(TMA) mixture was investigated It was evident from the results that this catalyst had higher selectivity and activity for the formation of dimethylamine When the composition of ammonia amines mixture was NH 3∶MMA∶TMA=82 91%∶13 25%∶3 84%(m),the N/C(atom)=2 5—4 0 in feed and at 300—320℃ and under 1 8MPa,the contents of MMA、DMA and TMA in the effluent of reactor were 36 07%,48 71% and 15 22%(m) respectively,and the conversion of methanol was higher than 95% The catalyst was characterized with X ray photoelectronic spectrometry to present explanation for the high selectivity
