摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对管材滚压剪切过程进行了数值模拟,同时利用单元死活技术对管材的断裂问题进行了模拟,得到了某一时刻变形区的应力、应变的分布云图。根据有限元计算结果,分析了各种因素对滚切力及切口金属流动的影响规律,通过实验验证了用有限元法进行管材滚压剪切过程模拟的可靠性和有效性,为确定合理的刀具和工艺参数提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The roll-cutting process was simulated by using ANSYS, and at the same time the fracture criterion was simulated by killing elements technique. Based on the distribution of strain and stress at the deformed area obtained in the simulation, we have analyzed the effects of various factors on the rolling-cutting force and the flow of the notch metal. Finally, the reliability and validity of the simulation are verified by experiments, which provides a theoretical basis for choosing appropriate cutters and processing parameters.
