| 摘 要： | 应用抗细胞角蛋白单克隆抗体ＡＥ１／ＡＥ３，对部分非上皮细胞和细胞，以及上皮来源的恶性肿瘤笤乳腺癌、肺癌和鼻咽吕组织和细胞的角蛋白表达进行了研究。结果表明，ＡＥ１／ＡＥ３对骨髓、外周血、淋巴结和淋巴瘤的组织和细胞基本无交叉反应，而对上述癌组织和细胞则有不同程度的反应。

| Abstract: | Monoclonal antibodies against cytokeratin AE1/AE3 were applied to study cytokeratin expression in some non epithelial tissues and some common malignant tumors of epithelial orgin(breast,lung,nasopharynx),using immunohistochemistry.The result indicated that AE1/AE3 showed basically no cross reaction with tissues and cells of bone marrow,peripheral blood,lymph nodes and lymphoma,while it showed reaction of different degrees to malignant tumofrs of epithelial origin.Because AE1/AE3 had not only strong but also extensive reaction to tissues and cells of breast and non small cell lung cancer,it can be used as a probe to detect micrometastases of these cnacers. |
